This class builds you from the ground up. It is focused on building your metabolic conditioning as well as teaching you proper mechanics and progressions for most CrossFit movements.

Specialty

These classes will devote one full hour to olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, mobility, strongman, endurance.

Evaluation and meal plan for better progress towards your goals.
